The ChatService is a special service. It cannot be retrieved with :GetService(). While it is possible to retrieve ChatService through the default chat system, most uses can be replicated in alternative ways. ChatService is received as a parameter from a function used for editing the chat. Hi there, I am looking at moving onto the new chat system made by Roblox, but before I make this move, I am looking at the new way to make a system chat message. Currently, I have in-game chat tags sorted, but how do I make chat messages? I’ve been having this chat issue in my game where, the Chat Service does not appear in explorer once it’s being test played, even if it is inserted. When I unhide it using studio settings, there is still no contents in Chat Service. What is going on?
